Experienced Cooks that are team players with great organizational skills for our fast-paced 2010 Concert Season.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepping for the Line and Banquet Service
- Butchering of meats and fish
- Manning Action Stations as Needed
- Preparation of Stocks and Sauces
Line Cooks need to be Strong and Experienced - This is a Very High Paced Environment
Interns are welcome, this is a great venue to learn and expand on your culinary knowledge.
