I am not currently a Loyalty Club member. How do I join the Loyalty Club for the 2024 season?

Your first chance to join will be during the 2024 general on sale. To join, just purchase tickets to 4 or more Mountain Winery shows at AXS.com during the 2024 season. The 2024 pre-sale is reserved for current members who purchased 4 or more shows in the 2023 season.
How do I keep my Loyalty Club membership active in 2024?

To join, or keep your membership active, you must purchase tickets to four different shows in 2024. Once you have made your purchase for your fourth show, you will receive all future e-mails for the Loyalty Club in 2024 and the pre-sale for the season launch in 2025.

Your tier is based on the amount of events purchased for the 2024 concert series*. View full tier benefits here.

Wallet Pass FAQs

What is the Mountain Winery wallet pass?

Your Mountain Winery Wallet Pass is a digital pass registrants can add to their Apple Wallet or Google Pay depending on the device. If you qualify for select offers, they will be listed on your Wallet Pass prior to show day.
When will I receive my Wallet Pass?

Members will receive their Wallet Pass 24-48 hours after your qualifying purchase. The link to activate your pass will be included in your tier achievement email. Each tier will have a new wallet pass that can be downloaded.
How do I download my wallet pass?

To successfully download the wallet pass to your phone, you MUST click the activation button from your mobile device. This link will be provided in your tier achievement e-mail (please allow 24-48 hours after qualifying purchase).
How do I access my wallet pass?

Once you’ve successfully downloaded the wallet pass, the pass can be found in your phone’s wallet app.
Do I need to download the wallet pass on my phone in order to be eligible for onsite offers?

Yes, you will not be eligible to receive offers unless you have downloaded the Wallet Pass directly to your Wallet app on your device. It is highly recommended you download the Wallet Pass upon immediately receiving your initial email or reminder email to ensure eligibility.

Why do I need my wallet pass while I am at the venue?

Your wallet pass entitles you to certain loyalty membership benefits.

What kind of offers will I qualify for?

Your standard tier offers will be listed on the back of your wallet pass, unique to each tier. For surprise and delight offers, you will be notified beforehand for offers such as potential upgrades, special discount offers and more. Be sure to opt-in for AXS push notifications and sms <link to form> so you never miss out.
Does my wallet pass count as my ticket?

No. You still need your official ticket (via the AXS app) to enter the venue and attend the show.
What if I don’t have my wallet pass with me?

You will need your mobile wallet pass with you in order to take advantage of any onsite loyalty offers.
Do I use the same wallet pass at every membership tier?

You will receive a new wallet pass upon reaching a new loyalty tier. This will be available to download in the tier achievement email (please allow 24-48 hours after qualifying purchase).
