At The Mountain Winery, the culinary possibilities are endless.

 

We have an in-house catering department orchestrated by our renowned Executive Chef, David Sidoti.

Chef Sidoti has over 30 years of culinary experience at some of the country’s finest dining establishments. He was nominated Chef of the Year in 2004 and 2005 and he was awarded the very prestigious Antoine Careme and Chef of the Year Awards in 2006. Sidoti graduated from the Culinary Institute of the American Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, and the American Culinary Institute of San Francisco, CA where he became a Certified Master Taster, completing the highest level of taste sensory programming.

Chef Sidoti and the culinary team at The Mountain Winery provide exclusive catering for every event, and will dazzle your guest’s palate with a blend of the freshest and finest ingredients available. Your Event Coordinator will work closely with you to address any special requests you may have for your special day, such as custom and ethnic menus, special dietary needs or a special themed menu.

We are also very proud to offer our very own Mountain Winery Wine featuring our Reserve and Estate Series. The fun doesn’t stop here…feel free to jazz up the celebration by adding a Martini bar or design a signature drink perfect for your event.
