Savor a superb pre-concert dinner with breathtaking views from the beautiful mountain top Chateau Deck. The Chateau Deck restaurant features an exquisite three course meal prepared using seasonal, locally grown California ingredients.  While the menu holds its foundation in American dishes, it is influenced by French and Italian provincial cuisine. The Chateau Dining Deck presents panoramic views of the entire South Bay. Purchasing dinner in advance is strongly advised.

Concert Dining Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any advantages to dining at the venue?

In addition to a fantastic meal, there are other advantages of dining at The Mountain Winery on a concert night...

Diners arrive to the venue earlier than the rest of the concert patrons. Diners generally get better parking which makes for an earlier exit at the end of the concert.

Our servers and kitchen are keenly aware of the show start time and up-to-the-minute changes in run of show. We will make sure that diners have all of the information, don't miss the concert, and ultimately, enjoy a more relaxing evening.

What time should I arrive for dinner?

Restaurants open two hours prior to the show start time. The last seating for dinner will take place at the beginning of the show. On the rare occasion that our restaurants open early, our Ticket & Dining department will contact patrons who pre-purchased dinner by email to inform them of changes to the timeline.

We encourage you to come early so you can enjoy every second of the evening!

What does the Tasting Menu include?

The tasting menu includes...

  • An appetizer of your choice
  • One sampler platter featuring a petit version of three different entrees
  • A dessert of your choice

Please note: The tasting menu does not include a wine pairing. Beverages can be purchased separately.

What is the dress code for dinner?

There is no formal dress code. Please consider our mountain top location when preparing for an evening concert. Dressing in layers is recommended to ensure a comfortable experience. High heels can be challenging as there are hills and stairs on the way to your seat.

Are there gluten free, vegan, or vegetarian options?

Yes. The menus feature symbols indicating which dishes are vegan, vegetarian and gluten free.

Why are there two menus?

Our Executive Chef alters the menu half way through the summer to support his goal of serving local and seasonal ingredients. Please review the menu which corresponds to the date of your concert.

Can I bring my own food or beverages?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted into the venue. Wide selections of dining options are available to choose from.

Please click here to visit our Concert Dining Page for a description of each restaurant and sample menus.

Are children allowed in the restaurants?

Children are welcome to attend the Concert Dining experience, but we do not offer a children’s menu or special pricing.

Are the restaurants ADA Compliant?

Is there a corkage fee?

Wine cannot be brought into the venue.

Can I purchase wine to bring home?

Yes! Inquire with your server or click here to visit our Wine Store today.

Chateau Deck Restaurant Testimonials

A perfect evening. This past Friday, my husband and I ate dinner on the Chateau Deck and...

attended the Il Volo concert at The Mountain Winery.  The evening was absolutely all levels.

The parking was easy, the food was delicious, the service was impeccable, the view was breath-taking and the intimate seating of the concert venue made for a magical evening.

We would like to acknowledge the wonderful dining staff starting with Tiffany, our server, complemented by Jason and Trystan.  During the evening, Crystal Aguillera and Connie Vieaux, both managers, stopped by twice to ensure everything was to our liking and, at the end of the evening, Don Ricardi, General Manager, stopped by to thank us for visiting The Mountain Winery.

This was our first visit to The Mountain Winery and as of this writing, we have already made reservations for our next dinner and concert at this beautiful location.

If you are looking for an intimate, relaxing, beautiful and delicious evening out, I encourage you to enjoy an evening at The Mountain Winery!

I really enjoy dining at the Chateau Deck, the best! Great view, great food, good wine...

before a show. What more could one ask for?!

Dino S.

I love dining at The Winery before the concert. I have always had a great meal and relaxing...

before the concert and sharing a good meal is the way to go.

We were celebrating a 60th birthday so I opted for dinner on the Chateau Deck. We ordered the...

three course dinner and the food was great.  Ceasar salad with beautiful prawns, short ribs with polenta, artic char with mashed potatoes & mushrooms and for dessert creme brûlée cheesecake and chocolate torte. All was perfect.
