General Concert Information

Thank you for helping make our 2009 Summer Concert Series a year to remember!  Please look for our 2010 Summer Concert Lineup to be announced in April 2010. 

  • The Mountain Winery is an outdoor concert venue located at: 14831 Pierce Road, Saratoga, CA 95070.
  • Carpooling is strongly encouraged and has its rewards too.  For complete details, please visit our Carpooling Rewards page.
  • Parking is available at The Mountain Winery for a $20 per vehicle fee.  It is suggested that you wear comfortable shoes for the walk from the parking area into the venue.
  • The Box Office at The Mountain Winery is only open on the evenings of concerts starting at 5:00PM.
  • You must have a Concert Ticket to enter into the property.
  • There are a variety of dining options available to you at The Mountain Winery.  For complete details, please visit our Concert Dining page.
  • Due to the close proximity to the concert bowl, the dining area of La Portico Masson will close promptly at 7:20PM every show.  All guests must be seated by 6:40PM for dining and all guests will be asked to leave the dining area at 7:20PM to ensure a noise free concert for all attending.
  • Gates open at 5:30pm. Show time for all shows is 7:30PM unless otherwise noted.  "An Evening With" denotes that there will be no opening act and the main show will start at 7:30PM.   (Please note that show times, dates, artists and prices are subject to change).
  • No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto The Mountain Winery grounds.
  • Guests are subject to search and all alcohol will be confiscated.
  • No food or beverages are allowed past the gates into the venue.
  • You are welcome to enjoy beverages purchased at The Mountain Winery in the Concert Bowl as long as they are in a plastic cup.
  • No camera, video or audio equipment is permitted during performances.
  • No barbecues, large coolers, cans or bottles are permitted.
  • No pets allowed (except for service animals).
  • Please wear comfortable shoes & dress warmly for evening concerts.
  • Cell phones and pagers must be SILENT during performance. Please be considerate and neighborly to other guests and refrain from conduct that is offensive or physically dangerous to others.
  • As a courtesy to the artists and fellow patrons, seating may be held until a break in the performance.
  • There is a 20 minute intermission during all shows, unless otherwise noted.
  • The Mountain Winery stage is "outdoors." All events are held "rain or shine" except in the case of severe or potentially damaging weather, as may be determined by Live Nation/The Mountain Winery.
  • The Mountain Winery has wheelchair accessible seating that can accommodate various height needs so that wheelchair users can see the stage. To purchase tickets for any special needs please call Live Nation at 877-598-6659. For visual and hearing impaired seating please call 650-623-3069. Assistive listening devices are available for no charge from the Box Office. We do require a photo ID as a deposit.
  • Limited parking is available for any persons with disabilities or those who require additional assistance. If you need special assistance please let a Mountain Winery representative know upon entering the gates.
