This Survey Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by AEG Presents LLC (“Sponsor”), having its principal place of business at 425 W. 11th Street, Suite 400, Los Angeles, CA 90015. The Sweepstakes entry period begins [date] at or about 10:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on [date] at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). All times are based solely on Sponsor’s computer clock.
This Sweepstakes is open to individuals who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence (18 in most states, 19 in Alabama and Nebraska and 21 in Mississippi) and are legal residents of one of the 50 contiguous United States including the District of Columbia (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions). Employees, officers, directors and agents (and their immediate families and household members regardless of where they live, or members of the same households whether related or not) of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to participate. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
Online Method of Entry.
If an entrant accesses the Sweepstakes on a mobile device, wireless service provider charges may apply. To enter, complete the online survey and official entry form on the website linked in the promotional email during the Entry Period. Entrants may be required to submit their name, address, email address, age, and other requested information on the Official Entry Form. Limit one entry per person. Entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period.
Free Alternative Method of Entry.
To enter without using the Sweepstakes website, print: (i) first and last name, (ii) email address, and (iii) mailing address on a 3.5" x 5" postcard and mail it to: AEG Presents LLC Attn: 2026 THE MOUNTAIN WINERY SURVEY SWEEPSTAKES 425 W. 11th St., Suite 400 Los Angeles, CA 90015. All postcard entries must be postmarked before the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No entries will be acknowledged or returned.
One (1) winner will receive one (1) pair of tickets to an event of their choosing at THE MOUNTAIN WINERY, subject to exclusions. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $200.00. Winners will not receive compensation beyond the prize. Travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Additional restrictions apply.
ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Sponsor will randomly select a potential prize winner from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Potential winners will be notified by email. Failure to respond within 48 hours may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Potential winners may be required to complete eligibility affidavits, releases, and tax forms.
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, late, lost, misdirected, or technically defective entries. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes if circumstances beyond its control affect its administration or integrity.
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent to the use of the winner's name, likeness, voice, photograph, and biographical information for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, acting in bad faith, or disrupting the Sweepstakes.
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents, promotional agencies, prize providers, and related parties from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of any prize.
The Sweepstakes and all prizes are provided "as is" without warranty. Entrants agree that disputes will be resolved individually and not through class actions. Entrants waive rights to seek punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. California law governs these Official Rules.

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
