Non-Commercial Filming & Photography Application

If you would like to book the Mountain Winery grounds for a non-commercial photo/video shoot, please fill in the application below at least one week prior to your shoot. You can also call us at (408) 913-1720 in advance for availability.

All applications are subject to review and availability. Reservation slots are limited, special event or concert days may not allow for filming. If your application is approved, we will send you an agreement to sign. No reservation is valid until you and the Mountain Winery sign the agreement and we receive the fee.

A regular photo or video session is 60 or 90 minutes long and allows for 5 people to be photographed. The fee for such session is $100 for 60 minutes or $150 for 90 minutes. Additional fees will apply if you need a longer session or have a larger group. All payments are nonrefundable.

Bouquets or handheld flowers are allowed. Flower petals, confetti, sparklers, alcohol, and large props are not allowed for photo/ video sessions. If you are interested in booking a styled shoot, please inquire for more information. Additional terms and restrictions will be included in the agreement.

Walk up photo sessions are prohibited unless shot on a camera phone or “point and shoot” camera during wine tasting hours. Commercial photography and filming reservations must be booked directly with Special Event Sales Department, separate booking process and additional fees will apply.
