  • What time does the venue open before a show?

    Since the start time varies from show to show, the parking lot opens 2 ½ hours before show time. The venue, including The Mountain Winery Restaurant, and concessions open 2 hours before the stated show time.

  • How do I purchase ADA accessible tickets?

    Online. Please visit our Concert Series page to find your event, then click on purchase tickets. You will be redirected to AXS.com to purchase. Click on “Accessible Tickets”. All ticket sales are currently online only.

    The Mountain Winery has wheelchair accessible seating that can accommodate various height needs so that wheelchair users can see the stage. Limited parking is available for any persons with disabilities or those who require additional assistance. If you need special assistance on the night of the show, please let a Mountain Winery representative know upon entering the gates. Assisted listening devices are available for no charge from the Mountain Winery Box Office. Photo ID is required as a deposit.

  • When is the on-site ticketing box office open?

    The Box Office is open on event nights and every Saturday from 12pm-4pm during wine tasting. The box office is cashless and charges a $4 per ticket service fee.

  • What forms of payment are accepted onsite at The Mountain Winery?

    The Mountain Winery has moved to a cashless system onsite at our bars and restaurants. Accepted forms of payment are credit card and debit card.

  • Can I bring my own food or beverages?

    Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue. Wide selections of dining options are available to choose from. Please visit our Concert Dining Page for a description of each restaurant and sample menus.

  • Can I bring a camera?

    Camera Policy:
    Personal cameras, small point and shoot with smaller attached lens are allowed in the venue, unless artists request no cameras at the performance.

    Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are prohibited.

  • What items are prohibited during concerts?

    PROHIBITED Items include:

    • Weapons and weaponized props
    • LED Laser pointers/pens, flashlights
    • Air horns, whistles, cowbells, other noise-making devices
    • Illegal drugs
    • Mase or pepper spray, glow sticks/items
    • Fireworks, smoke bombs, flares, sparklers
    • Skateboards, roller blades, roller shoes, ice skates
    • Permanent markers, spray paint, stickers, flyers
    • Laptops, tablet computers, two-way radios
    • Signs/posters are not allowed.

    • Professional cameras, GoPro Cameras or drones

    PERMITTED Items:

    Please note:
    Oversized bags/backpacks/purses will need to be returned to vehicle.
    There is no storage on site for prohibited items.
    Special consideration may be taken for parents with infants and those with medical needs.

  • How much does parking cost?

    On concert nights, General and ADA parking is $25 on-site, carpool of 3 or more is $20, Premium Parking is $45.

    Limited Premium and ADA parking can be pre-purchased for $45 HERE.

  • Do you have a rideshare dropoff and pickup area at the venue?

    Yes, we have a rideshare location for dropoff and pickup during shows. If you are arriving via a rideshare program and are expecting a pick up after the show, please be aware that traffic coming up the hill is stopped at the bottom of the hill right before the show ends.

    All rideshare vehicles will be held at the gate at the bottom of the hill until the driveway is cleared (approx. a 45-minute wait). Please join us at our Redwood Deck Rideshare Lounge located in the main plaza. Beverages and desserts will be available for purchase, and our friendly staff will alert you once the road is open.

  • What is the weather like?

    While the weather at The Mountain Winery is similar to the weather in San Jose or Saratoga, our mountain top location means that our weather can be unpredictable. Up here, the wind usually picks up after night fall, and during the day we are more exposed to the sun.

  • What should I wear?

    Please consider our mountain top location when preparing for an evening concert. Dressing in layers is recommended to ensure a comfortable experience. High heels can be challenging as there are hills and stairs on the way to your seat.

    Note: Any clothing with profane language and/or gang-related symbols is not permitted on building property.

  • What if I lose an item during an event?

  • Can I make a dinner reservation without attending a concert?

    No. Everyone attending dinner must also purchase a ticket to the show.

  • The weather forecast shows rain during the concert. Is the show still happening?

    All performances will take place rain or shine.

  • Can I bring my gun or pocket knife to the show with me?

    The Mountain Winery does not allow guests to carry any weapons whatsoever on our property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure or handle weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.

  • Do you allow cell phones at the show?

    Generally cell phones are permitted in the venue. On occasions, comedy shows in particular, cell phones usage may not be allowed due to artist requests. Cell reception is poor on top of the mountain and within the venue. Please make sure to download your tickets prior to coming.

  • What if there is an emergency during the show?

    In the event of an emergency while on site, The Mountain Winery has trained EMT’s to assist with any medical issues. First aid is located in the plaza, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Venue management works closely with all appropriate emergency agencies and services to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd related issues. In the event of a weather emergency, we will communicate with guests that are inside of the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue. 

  • When is a show canceled?

    Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

  • What if I have car problems while on the mountain?

    If any assistance is needed with your vehicle please contact your normal Emergency Assistance provider. The Mountain Winery does not have tow or lockout services on site. Emergency assistance vehicles are permitted on property to assist with lockouts, jumps or tows but the guest will need to arrange for such services.

  • Can I buy an All Access pass?

    All Access passes or Backstage Passes are not available for purchase. The venue box office does not sell any meet and greet, backstage or venue passes.

  • I am not currently a Loyalty Club member. How do I join the Loyalty Club for the next concert season?

    Your first chance to join will be during the general on sale. To join, just purchase tickets to 4 or more Mountain Winery shows at AXS.com during the current season. The Loyalty Club pre-sale is reserved for current members who purchased 4 or more shows in the previous season.

  • How do I keep my Loyalty Club membership active for the next concert season?

    To join, or keep your membership active, you must purchase tickets to four different shows in 2024. Once you have made your purchase for your fourth show, you will receive all future e-mails for the Loyalty Club in 2024 and the pre-sale for the season launch in 2025.

  • Is Tailgating and/or Picnicking allowed on the Mountain Winery property?

    In an effort to preserve our beautiful venue, and in response to increased fire danger and wildlife presence, please no tailgating or picnicking on the grounds of the property. There are picnic tables available first come first served in the parking lot that are approved for usage. No outside alcohol is permitted anywhere on property and will be strictly enforced.

  • Am I allowed to bring a bleacher cushion/pad?

    Yes, you are allowed to bring a cushion/pad or blanket to sit on. Bleacher chairs with back supports are not allowed. However, our bleachers have back supports.
