We are proud to have Global Gourmet Catering as our exclusive in-house food and beverage services provider. Global Gourmet Catering is known for specializing in highly customized, large-scale catering, high-end weddings and receptions, intimate fine dining experiences, and for providing the highest caliber concession food and beverage services in the Bay Area. The Winery Deck Reserved Seating

Reserve a table to relax on the Winery Deck Patio adjacent to the concert bowl up to 2 hours prior to the show.

  • Options include: Mountain Winery Charcuterie, Fromage, Pickled Vegetable & Olive Plate. Please view list of upgrade options.
  • Self-service access to nearby cash bars and concessions

 

Reservations

Reservations for both The Mountain Winery Restaurant and The Winery Deck can be made when purchasing your concert tickets on our Concert Series page or by calling (408) 340-6815.

Reservations are strongly recommended and may only be honored with the purchase of a concert ticket. Please note, both dining locations are open 2 hours prior to show time.

Concert attendees with no reservations are gladly seated if tables are available.

 

 

Concessions


Global Gourmet will provide pre-show and intermission food and beverage concession services in the Plaza, Grand Hall and Wine Tasting Patio. Global Gourmet Catering is the exclusive catering and food and beverage boutique concessionaire for all events held at The Mountain Winery.

Mountain Winery Executive Chef Robert Grubbs

Robert Grubbs was born and raised on a 300 acre cattle farm in rural Florida before moving to Miami to attend Johnson and Wales University and earning his Associate’s Degree from the school’s esteemed Culinary Arts program. He eventually found his way to California seven years ago to work as a Chef at the Los Gatos Golf and Country Club and eventually became the club’s Sous Chef before joining Global Gourmet Catering. As Executive Chef, Robert trains and manages all kitchen personnel and supervises/coordinates all related culinary activities at Mountain Winery.

Executive Chef of Concessions Marcus Colbert

Marcus oversees all culinary operations for Global Gourmet Catering’s In-House Services venues. Marcus was born and raised in Prince George’s County, Maryland before graduating from Johnson and Wales University in Miami with a B.S. Degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management. He then spent time traveling and cooking his way through New York, Washington D.C, and Chicago. In 2010 he moved to the Bay Area and joined Global Gourmet originally as a culinary assistant until eventually becoming the Chef de Cuisine at the Fillmore. Through the years he has held Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef titles at Google, California Academy of Sciences and multiple catering companies.
