The Mountain Winery University - Wine and Chocolate Mini Workshop
To intensify your Wine & Chocolate Experience, we are offering a mini workshop so you can learn all about how to pair wine and chocolate. Ilyse Pender, our Wine Educator and Sommelier, will present the principles of wine and chocolate pairing. You will next be able to apply what you’ve learned and discover your ideal pairings of the samples provided. At the end of the workshop, you will find out how your pairings compared with the Sommelier’s and the rest of the class.

- Principles of wine and chocolate pairing
- Hands-on exercise (yes, this is where you get to sample the chocolates and try them with the wine!)
