General Concert Information and Concert Regulations
Welcome to the 2011 Summer Concert Series presented by Barracuda Networks!
PARKING:
Parking is available at The Mountain Winery for a $20 per vehicle fee. Carpoolers can park for a $15 per vehicle fee.
CARPOOLING:
Carpooling is strongly encouraged and rewarded. To show our appreciation, carpooling concert goers (3 or more per car) and all motorcyclists will:
- Enjoy a discounted parking fee of $15
- Have access to the VIP entrance for an expedited entry into the concert venue
- Have the opportunity to enter into a weekly random drawing for concert or Mountain Winery memorabilia
- Receive a coupon for a complimentary wine tasting during regularly scheduled weekend wine tasting hours (non-concert days)

CONCERT DINING RESERVATIONS:
Reservations for the Chateau Deck and the Winery Deck can be made online by selecting the concert you are attending from the Concert Schedule page and then selecting the "Dining Only" option. Please note that you must have a concert ticket in order to make dining reservations. Seating begins two hours prior to the show start time. It is recommended that you arrive within the first hour of seating. See below for a list of recommended arrival times:

• Take HWY 280 South to HWY 85 South (Gilroy)
• Exit RIGHT at Saratoga Ave. and continue for approximately 3.7 miles (Saratoga Ave. will turn into Big Basin Way/CA-9)
• Turn RIGHT at Pierce Road (at Mountain Winery sign)
• Turn LEFT at the Mountain Winery gates, 0.2 miles up Pierce Road
From Oakland/East Bay:
• Take HWY 880 South to HWY 85 North (Mountain View)
• Exit LEFT at Saratoga Ave. and continue for approximately 3.7 miles (Saratoga Ave. will turn into Big Basin Way/ CA-9)
• Turn RIGHT at Pierce Road (at Mountain Winery sign)
• Turn LEFT at the Mountain Winery gates, 0.2 miles up Pierce Road

GENERAL CONCERT INFO:
- Concert Hotline: 408.741.0291 Available during Concerts Only.
- The Mountain Winery is an outdoor concert venue located in the hills of Saratoga. It is suggested that you wear comfortable shoes for the walk from the parking area into the venue. Shoes and shirts are mandatory.
- Parking is available at The Mountain Winery for a $20 per vehicle fee. $15 for carpooler with 3 or more in vehicle.

- There are a variety of dining options available to you at The Mountain Winery. For complete details, please visit our Pre-Show Dining Options page.
- The Box Office is open on the evenings of concerts 2 HOURS prior to show time and will remain open through show intermission. Concert tickets can be purchased at the Box Office for the show that is performing that evening as well as for future shows that are not sold out.
- You must have a Concert Ticket to enter beyond the Box Office.
- Gates open at 5:30PM. Show time for all shows is 7:30PM unless otherwise noted. "An Evening With" denotes that there will be no opening act and the main show will start at 7:30PM (Please note that show times, dates, artists and prices are subject to change).
- All shows conclude no later than 10:30PM.
- No alcoholic beverages, non alcoholic beverages, or food of any kind may be brought into The Mountain Winery grounds.
- Guests are subject to search and all alcohol or non alcoholic beverages will be confiscated.
- No camera, video or audio equipment is permitted during performances.
- Tailgating is permitted but no barbecues, large coolers, or alcohol is allowed.
- Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas only.
- No pets allowed (except for service animals).
- Cell phones and pagers must be SILENT during performance. Please be considerate to other guests and refrain from conduct that is offensive or physically dangerous to others.
- As a courtesy to the artists and fellow patrons, seating may be held until a break in the performance.
- There is a 20 minute intermission during most shows, unless otherwise noted.
- The Mountain Winery stage is "outdoors." All events are held "rain or shine," except in the case of severe or potentially damaging weather, as may be determined by Live Nation/The Mountain Winery.
- The Mountain Winery has wheelchair accessible seating that can accommodate various height needs so that wheelchair users can see the stage. To purchase tickets for any special needs please call Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000. For visual and hearing impaired seating please call 650-623-3069. Assistive listening devices are available for no charge from the Box Office. We do require a photo ID as a deposit.
- Limited parking is available for any persons with disabilities or those who require additional assistance. If you need special assistance, please let a Mountain Winery representative know upon entering the gates.
- Lost & Found: Please call 408-741-2822. The Mountain Winery is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. The Mountain Winery will dispose of any found items after 30 days.
