The Process:

  • Communication – understanding the goals and objectives of the project
  • Negotiation – determining each teammate's role in the process
  • Cooperation – putting aside current organizational rank and fulfilling the duties and objectives of each teammate's roles
  • Collaboration – utilizing each team member's role to achieve the end result
Each Workshop Includes:
  • Customized menu to cater to the needs of your organization
  • Welcome reception and introduction of the course objectives
