This event begins with an informative introduction from our staff about wine types and terminology. Participants will explore California's various wine regions. Improve your palate and expand your wine vocabulary with this fun, interactive workshop geared for both the novice as well as the connoisseur.

- Regions – Explore the diversity of California's wine-growing regions
- Grapes – Learn about the grapes used to produce various types of wine
- Vocabulary – Terms to help you expand your wine knowledge
- How to Taste – Tasting wine using all of your senses
Each Workshop Includes:
- Wine Tasting introduction from The Mountain Winery staff
- Wine terminology and definitions worksheet
- A sampling of wines from a selection of California's wine regions
- Light snacks to clear the palate
- Trivia questions to test your knowledge!
